14-Day Return Guarantee on New Products

For products purchased online, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
After notifying us, customers have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Sale Items – No Refunds or Exchanges

Sale items are final purchases. They cannot be refunded or exchanged, even in cases of incorrect sizing. Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase.

⚠️ Exception: defective sale items remain covered under our warranty and may be returned for a refund or replacement.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Boutique Eliza does not reimburse return shipping fees and is not liable for any costs incurred during the return process. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.


Guarantee on Defective Items

We provide a full guarantee on defective products in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • If a product shows a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • After 30 days, defective items may be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, you may still be entitled to a refund.

Requirement to Provide a Return Form

Returns without a completed return form cannot be processed. Please ensure you include this form with your return to guarantee proper handling of your request.
